Sunizumi (三泉商店) has been refining its craft since its founding in 2005 by working with blades through use—testing, thinking, and responding to what they demand.
This piece is the first knife we have defined on our own terms and brought into physical form, built upon that accumulated experience.

Without chasing novelty for its own sake, we approached the fundamentals directly: a stable grip, a clean flow of edge geometry, and the honest character of each material.
By embracing the natural irregularity of stag antler and desert ironwood—and leaving traces of handwork intact—we mark the time, responsibility, and intent behind the making.

This is not a final statement, but a quiet starting point: a continued pursuit of aesthetics, materials, and the sensitivity of the hand.
