Shipping Policy:
- For in-stock items, orders placed in the morning on business days will be shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders received on holidays will be promptly scheduled for shipping after the holiday. For out-of-stock items, we will inform you separately of the expected shipping date. Some products may be shipped via non-standard mail to reduce costs, but please note that this means cash on delivery and specifying delivery times are not possible, and tracking will not be available. Please check your mailbox for delivery status.
- For custom-made or personalized items and out-of-stock products, we will contact you with a specific shipping date. Please understand that due to transportation circumstances, it may be difficult to specify a delivery date and time.
*For postal shipments, domestic delivery takes approximately 2-10 days, and international delivery takes about 3-30 days.
Shipping Fees:
Japan (Domestic Shipping)
Orders with a total purchase amount of JPY 7,999 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere within Japan.
For orders under JPY 7,999, a shipping fee of JPY 750 per kilogram will apply.
To ensure smooth delivery, we select the most suitable carrier based on current domestic logistics conditions.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific domestic carriers.
International Shipping
For international orders with a total purchase amount under USD 300, a shipping fee of USD 20 per kilogram will apply.
Orders totaling USD 300 or more qualify for free worldwide shipping.
Please note that shipments sent via DHL or FedEx are subject to a shipping fee of USD 60.
