Forged with SPG2 (Super Gold 2) Damascus steel at 3mm thickness, it delivers razor-sharp performance, excellent edge retention, and superior corrosion resistance. The handle, made from rare burl wood (Karin burl) and finished with a buffalo horn ferrule, offers both elegance and durability. At 180mm, this santoku knife is a versatile all-rounder — ideal for slicing, dicing, and chopping — blending Japanese functionality with refined artistry.
