“Fusen-Uo” (ふうせんうお) is a collaborative art knife by KIKUKNIVES Masayuki Matsuda × Noriaki Hatono, defined by an unconventional sculptural form that breaks away from traditional knife design.

The blade is crafted from OU-31 steel, paired with a substantial aluminum handle featuring an original, independently developed surface treatment that creates a distinctive black-green metallic appearance.

Measuring approximately 155 mm overall with a 93 mm blade and substantial 25 mm handle thickness, Fusen-Uo explores the intersection of custom knifemaking, material, color, and abstract form.
