[SPG-2 Laminated Steel • Forged Version]
This version features SPG-2 steel that has been forged and drawn out by Kenshiro Hatono of Hatono Hamono Workshop, who trained in Takefu (now Echizen City), one of Japan’s most respected blade-making regions.

Using a combination of hot forging and cold hammering after cooling, the steel’s density is increased to enhance cutting performance. The process also adds a unique visual rhythm to the layered pattern, giving it more character than a uniform lamination.

A special “Cat & Dove” logo is engraved on the forged model.
