At first glance, MechaSEA hardly feels like an ordinary ballpoint pen.

Machined from Solid A2017 Duralumin

The body of MechaSEA is precision machined from solid A2017 Duralumin.

There is little unnecessary decoration.

Its approximately 12 mm square profile retains a clean, industrial character, while the real complexity is housed within.

Beneath the restrained metal exterior sits an intricate, high-precision mechanical system.

MechaSEA does not simply look mechanical. It is mechanical.

Designed to Be Maintained and Kept

MechaSEA accepts G2-format refills.

To replace the refill, the four M1.6 screws at the base of the grip are removed using the included hex key.

Disassemble. Replace. Reassemble.

Actions normally associated with mechanical equipment become part of the experience of owning and using MechaSEA.

Repair parts are also available, allowing the pen to be maintained rather than simply replaced.

It is designed as a personal tool that can be serviced, repaired, and used for years.

Made in Japan

With the exception of the refill, every component of MechaSEA is made in Japan.

Even the dedicated storage case is made from Duralumin.

The pen measures approximately 144 mm in length and weighs approximately 36 g.
